When is it going to be possible to update fireware via the app please? It’s very frustrating when you buy a new camera and don’t own a laptop or PC so only use a mobile.

@rob_lattimer_416908199641286 Yes you can. Kindly email Reolink and if there is a newer firmware they will push it to your profile and then according to your settings on the mobile app, it will be either automatically or manually upgraded. Hopefully one day we will get a notification when there is a new firmware similar to what other competitors do.
