      I am trying to view TrackMix from Google/Alexa and when I go to Enable it under the Smart Home, I get Operation failed. I also have other cameras and they do work (i.e., bind). Any help is appreciated...

          @z_zk_z_216303576768766 The Reolink Trackmix PoE should work in conjunction with the voice assistants Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa. However, I read somewhere that this is not available when the Trackmix is connected to the NVR.

            To Anyone having this issue (i.e., Operation failed in Smart Home), use a different cellphone and try it. It appears my Samsung Z-Fold 4 is not 100% compatible with Reolink app.
