Downloading Timelaspe crash

Hey! So I try to download the Timelapse I have running inside the app but when I have saved the file in the cache in my phone and press "download" the app crashes.
Is there any workaround?
I have a RLC-510A
Can I download the timelapse anywhere else other than in the app?

None? So the recorded time lapse I have is trapped inside the broken app? Any other way to extract the file?

Hi there, the timelapse will be stored in your SD card. You can take out your SD card and view the video with your SD card in PC.

And another problem I have now is that I cant set the time-period I want it to record. If I set the time-period to be between 13-14 and press save the time is resetted to 07-18 ? How come?

Hi guys, I'm going to have the same problem.
I tried to downloaded from my Tablet, my Phone but I can't to download the timelapse.
I tried to follow prevoius messages into the thread but doesn't work.

How can I exctract the file?

You can find your time-lapse video if you have cached the video on the APP.
Follow this path, Android\data\com.mcu.reolink\cache\time_lapse_video.

You can also send your crash file to our support team for help.
Follow this path, /android/data/com.mcu.reolink/files/reolink/crashData/crash.txt.
