How to download select recordings?

Hey guys. On the mobile app, I can hit a "Record Video" button while watching some playback history and it will save what I see as a video to my phone.

On the PC app, how do you do this? This is the screen I am talking about:

I'm not sure how to do it when you have a long section like you are showing in the image. All of my cameras record only on alerts so I often have smaller segments of video. When I select the Preview, the date, and I can see the list as you have in your screen shot, I start to play the video from the section I want; make sure you select Clear or Fluent based on your desired resolution. When it is playing, you will see the arrow pointing down on the top right corner. If you press that, a window opens up and allows you to select sections of recording and click "download".

I'm not sure if this works for or if you can trim down to only a section or if you have to do hourly chunks.
