      Hello All. Just got this camera and was looking forward to it. The picture when zoomed in even little bit is very grainy and pixelated.
      Any idea what this could be? Thanks.

          @user_661197039206409_661197039206409 Hard to tell anything with the pic you provided. I have five 811A and they work fine. Is your pic at night without the IR or spotlights on? Is there fog? Are the IR lights bouncing off something reflecting back to the lens causing this? What does it look like without zooming in? I've heard with a few new installs the temp difference between camera and outside can cause water vapor, but it clears up in a day or so, don't know if this is your situation.

            Well when i terminated my cat 6 i had one of the pair switched. I only tested it after this issue...lol.

              I am new here and I am also having the same thigs but I don't get any information.
