RLN36 NVR audio input problem

Hi there ! i have a RLN36 NVR and i attached a line in to the audio in of the NVR,
but it is totally distorded, and my question is:
is the Audio in of the RLN36 NVR a microphone input ( -20db ) OR a line input ( 0DB )
i tried both and it is impossible to have a clear sound output from the cameras when speaking, totally distorded
and it is not the camera output volume because when i use the android app, input and output audio is correct,
what is wrong with the RLN36 NVR audio input ?

@topwise_604721695625343 I have never came across the sensitivity rating of the microphone to be inserted in the Audio in of the NVR. Nowhere is mentioned whether it has to be a preamp type (most probable). I suggest you to email Reolink support.
