I cannot seem to access my cameras remotely. I have 9 of the Reolink Argus 3 Pro cameras. They are on a local area network. When I am home, on the same network, I can access all of them with no problem.

When I am away from home, I cannot access any of the cameras via a strong 5G cellular connection, nor can I access them using a local area network including McDonalds or Starbucks WiFi, for example.

Any advice will be appreciated. How can I see my cameras when I am away from home?

On the Reolink app, are the cameras identified by the UID number? When the app connects to Reolink's "cloud" the UID is the key that matches the app to your cameras. On the LAN, the app searches the IP space to find cameras.
