FTP of image on alert is ok but FTP of video on alert is continuous

I have configured NVR for alert detection. Schedule is not active. I also configured FTP and the set-up works fine for images: when there is an alert, the NVR correctly sends and image by FTP to a PC. But if video is selected in the FTP settings, the NVR sends continuous videos to the PC. Seems like NVR does not take into account that it should only send video by FPT when there is an alert...

Is this is bug or I am I missing something?

@user_665631124488285_665631124488285 I cannot reproduce this as I don't have yet the NVR. I suggest you to email support citing the HW version of your NVR. Can you select schedule under FTP and select motion?
