Duolink Scan Issue

Duolink camera won’t scan during reset. It stopped connecting to wifi yesterday and after a hard reset, it won’t scan the WR code to set it up again. I have tried it several times, reset my router and unplugged it several times with no success. Can I somehow type in the IUD number? Any ideas would be helpful.

@dave_denn888_506429616779461 Yes of course. Switch on the camera and from the Windows or Android Reolink client click on the + (to add device) and you shall be prompted to add the UID.
