When I want to download a certain period from the SD card, it usually goes wrong. (see screen recorder)
I have 8.8.4 app, I'm on the same network as the camera with a DUO 180° and POE
      Furthermore, the camera works well.
What am I doing wrong ?😖
And is there no direct access to the SD card, as if you were to insert it into the PC in a card reader?

@rainman Yes, if the SD Card is removed from the camera and inserted in a computer, the individual files can be copied. Not a very convenient process.

I just tested downloading from an RLC camera with Windows Client 8.8.4. No problem. The screen capture was great, but I was unable to read the tiny error message that flashed on the screen during the file download. Is there a way to make it larger?

            A little blinking error message?
            I don't see that

@rainman Most probably an SD issue. Which brand are you using? I am using the Samsung EVO Plus 256GB micro SD on most cameras (RLC-511WA, E1 OD, E1 AI Zoom, DUO 2, Argus 3 Pro, doorbell, etc) and never encountered any issue. There is no direct access to the onboard Linux.
