      Is anyone having difficulties getting Email notifications working for the POE Doorbell? I just bought two of them and everything seems to work well except adding my smtp information. When I try to save the information it always says Failed! But the test works.
      It doesn't matter what platform I use gmail or hotmail I get the same message when trying to save the settings. When I try to test on gmail I get a long message about a wrong password. I have several other Reolink cameras and all of them work with the same hotmail settings.

          @bob_659287768359038 I have the WIFI video doorbell and I have no issue to save the email settings and receiving emails when there is a detection. The most important is that you need to generate the password through your google account.

          Please check with support whether you have the most recent firmware version. They should reply within 24 hours (weekdays).

          GMail changed to requiring app specific passwords. It is a feature on the Security menu under Two-Factor Authentication. Affected my Reolink cameras and my WiFi router sending logs.

          (no idea about Hot Mail)

              I'll look into that but my hotmail account works fine on all my other Reolink cameras. Just the Video Doorbell is not working. It has to be something in the firmware.
