Hello, I have a Problem with Windows-Client 8.85 on my new
      Galaxy BOOK3 Pro 360.
Client is starting. After password the Windows-App closes. One time the only is a black Windows.
Are compatibility-Settings nessesary to use 8.85? I tried some compatibilty switches, but effect is same. Closes.
on my other PC (W10, W11) the Reolink-Client 8.85 works fine. This problem exists with SASMUNG Notebooks. Two other Users in Samsung-Forum has same problems.
I have 2x RLK16 NVR, works since 1,5 years fine. Android-App und iOS/iPadOS works fine, too.
All devices has the newest Firmwares.

@hjwedemark_272067637797095 I had a problem where 8.8.5 closed immediately after opening. I found out that it was because I had 2 graphics boards (GPUs) in my laptop - one for Intel Discrete Graphics and one for NVidia GPU. When I changed my Settings in the NVidia Control Panel from 'Automatic' to 'NVidia GPU Only' it started working fine. Interestingly when I subsequently switched it back to 'Automatic' it still continued to work, so it must have been a 'first time run' issue.

@hjwedemark_272067637797095 Try to disable hardware acceleration either from main menu or in the usersettings file.

Do a search in the community and you will find what to do. I did add it once or more.

            Hi,
I have the same problem with the client software 8.85 on my HP envy x360 with Windows 11 (22H2).
My NVR is the RLN8-410 with 2 RLC-823A, the smartphone app on android works fine. The devices also have the newest firmwares.
