I had subscribed to be notified about the release of the POE Doorbell in the UK. I did that over 4 months ago. I just learned that last month there was a supply of 30 or so devices that were sold first day. I did not receive any notification. So clearly the notification system is broken. You let some of us down. Do you know that?

Please tell us when the next batch is due. Or better still, why don't you start taking back orders now? That's the right thing to do!

It's good business sense, no?

For a big company, the manner in which the product is being released to market is terrible.
