Hi, Apologies if this is answered elsewhere but I've searched all I can to no avail and I can't find any obvious reason for this (I'm sure there is!) - I've just upgraded my RLC410 to the RLC510 to, I hoped, get access to the ability to fix the FPS to enable higher FPS in night mode to fix some issues I was having with this on the RLC410. I've installed the camera today, checked I am running the latest client and firmware but still the app gives me no option to fix the FPS. Am I missing something blindly obvious here?
Thanks in advance for any advice/supportReply QuoteShare0- Share this Post

@joelanders85_541485231984826 The Reolink cameras will automatically drop the frame rate to 12 fps during the nighttime to ensure enough exposure time. However, that might result in an overexposed image or "ghost image" sometimes. To solve this problem, you can set a fixed frame rate for your camera to make the image clearer at night.

@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 I know that, but the option (which is available in the client for my doorbell which I have recently received) is not showing in the client for the newly installed RLC- 510A - I have the latest firmware and client software.

@joelanders85_541485231984826 This is a firmware functionality. So if the client will not detect it then it will not display it. Unfortunately I never had an RLC510.
Did you email Reolink support? -
@joseph-chircop_497308027822318 I have emailed Support but was hoping there was an obvious fix that I was missing before having to go through that rigmarole!
