Reolink keen failing connection

I have an issue with the Keen pt ranger.
It connects perfectly to the 4g network but if I try to bind to the cloud then my other reolink Go stops connecting. Even resetting both of them one works and the other does not, its either camera.
does anybody else encountered the same issue?

@dan-stefani_360688865751271 Which plan you have purchased? The free plan allows only one camera to be bound to the cloud.

its just the free plan. apparently if the network fluctuate the camera loses signal completely.
this is my setup, obviosly is not in the city its in the woods.
I wonder why this keen ranger pro tends to lose signal but the reoling go in the same spot doesnt
