I have a Keen Ranger PT. It was working great for two weeks and now has lost it's connection. I have reset the camera and the message says connection to network complete.
When I open the app, I constantly get the message "connection failed". I can see it's fully charged and thats it. Please help!Reply QuoteShare-1- Share this Post

I have the Reolink Go Plus Smart 4MP 4G Battery Camera where I have it located the cell signal is hit and miss if I have 2 bars it will not connect the camera and I get the connection failed message. I need to have 3 or more bars to make a connection. I have better luck connecting on clear or clearer days. You also need to watch what time of the day you try to connect as if there is heavy cell use this will throw a loop in making a connection. The old adage here in cottage country Ontario the more users using the internet the less chance for a connection and the slower your Internet experience will be .Maybe your cell provider changed the direction of your cell signal and this has effected your connection ability. -
@jke-compost-pile_628496657051771 It's an LTE reception issue. Try to check which mobile operator provides the best reception in the area where you have installed the camera.
