I have recently installed the Trackmix POE, and it is up and running. Accessible from both my Android client (Samsung S23Ultra) iOS client (iPhone 13) as well as through my laptop browser and desktop client. Clients show both views, web browser allows me to select low or track views. Auto tracking is turned on under detection alarm, I have setup tracking type, method, range and schedule, but it does not track. I can use PTZ from both the client and browser, and I can jump to preset points, but no matter what I try, it does not track. I have manually downloaded/updated to the latest firmware and reset camera multiple times.
Can someone please advise me how to get auto tracking to work?
      Thanks,
      Mike

@user_687419430965498_687419430965498 under alarm detection enable auto tracking. Select all tracking type..person, vehicle and pet...Set tracking method as digital tracking first...horizontal range...set left and right range....schedule ensure all is enabled.

Under sensitivity go to smart detection and set person to 55, vehicle to 50 and pet to 60...or whatever is your preferences.

If you have false alarms there are other parameters to adjust like alarm delay, object size, sensitivity, detection zones etc.
