Greetings:
Attempting to use OBS so as to live stream to Rumble. Using the provided RTSP format as found on ReoLink site & supplying my credentials, not getting the camera (RLC-810A, 4k) to display there. Using the client app...no problem. I did attempt to use VLC (using same RTSP link) as a sanity check & do generate these errors as found in VLC log:
live555 error: Failed to connect with rtsp://192.168.254.131:554/h265Preview_01_main
main error: connection failed: Connection refused by peer
satip error: Failed to connect to RTSP server 192.168.254.131:554
main error: connection failed: Connection refused by peer
access_realrtsp error: cannot connect to 192.168.254.131:554
What is interesting on 1st error above, is that my credentials have been stripped-out...maybe that is a security feature for logging.
Not sure how to proceed...been searching the Net but no joy in finding an answer. Please let me know if someone has run across this issue & solved it; thanks in advance for any & all advice/guidance.

@ed_682671253913811 So the peer is receiving the RTSP request but refusing connectivity. Ensure you have the RTSP enable. Go to the PC Client>>Network settings>>Advanced>>Network Ports to enable the RTSP ports. Ensure you have the latest firmware installed. I would still email support to check whether you have the latest one. sometimes the ones shown in the download center are not the latest.
Of course the credentials are never dumped in logs.
Previously there was the possibility to see (netstat) which ports are open by exporting the diagnostic log but this has been removed. -
@joseph_1979 ...that was it! My RTSP port (554) was not enabled. The camera now streams via OBS in beautiful 4k presentation. You & your colleague Joan are the best (she responded with same advice in an email). BTW...it also streams in VLC now as well. Ready to Rumble...!
You may want to update the ReoLink set-up videos/content to mention this very important point.
Best regards...

@ed_682671253913811 From the error code I knew what was the issue. Note that I am not an employee of Reolink but a customer like you :). I am here to give my support based on my engineering and software skills...give me thumb up so I will have a Christmas gift....ha ha ha joking.
Good to know you are now streaming.... if you have a nice stream...share it here. -
@joseph_1979 Ah...ok, saw the "Global Moderator" badge & thought you a ReoLink employ. Anyway, thanks for sharing your IT knowledge with the rest of us; that is truly a generous gesture as all are so busy these days.

@joseph_1979 hi there! I am in the similar situation as Ed, and I wonder if this solution would also help, but I don't understand what settings you refer to (PC Client>>Network settings>>Advanced>>Network Ports) and where to find them.
I am trying to stream the same camera through OBS on YouTube Live. I do everything according to the instructions, but my stream in OBS is just a black screen, even though it works well in Reolink Client App.
Thanks in advance,

@joseph_1979 that's the guide I followed closely, and everything on it matched in my settings. The only difference was that my interface doesn't look the same.
Am I not using the correct app? Or do I need to get another level of access to manage these settings? I am helping to set up the stream not for the camera I own, but for people from Ukraine that don't have time/knowledge to do that themselves.
TIA -
@andreyrouk_670275300401177 Enable RTSP and ONVIF and try again using VLC.

@joseph_1979 I am sorry, I don't see how to get to the settings you're refering to withing the Client App. In the screenshots above you can see how my settings look like, and what it shows when I right click on the camera name.
