      One of my cameras is sending an audible alarm to my NVR each time motion is detected.This is showing up as an error on my TV screen to which my NVR is connected.
      I've tried to disable the motion alarm both locally and via Remote Client to no avail.
      I have also reset the camera.
      The camera has regular traffic so alarming virtually constantly.
      Any thoughts on how to stop the alarm and remove the error message would be appreciated.

        Please go to the NVR, and go to menu >> Alarm >> Motion >> Action, and untick Buzzer. Click Apply to save settings.

          Thanks very much for your solution.I have had the system only a short time and am still exploring it's capabilities.
          I can now remove the earplugs.
