Client v8.10.4 Upgrade 16th May 2023

I upgraded to Client v8.10.4 today and there is some serious missing functionality with this release
I cannot change the number of window panel on screen by clicking the button below - it is unresponsesve.


I cannot operate any of my 360 degrees cams - no button for controilling, recording or takin stinll images

There is also no expand button that removes the visble camera list to utilse the camera windows in full screen width.
A number of cameras wont come online and appear offline

Some serious problems - can i downgrade back to Client v8.10.3?

For 8.10.2 you need to email support and they will provide within 24 hours using https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/

Check if you have it in the download folder.

Moreover can you tell me which version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package you have? If not then install this https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe and re-run Reolink client again.
