      Re: Cellular Data warning

      In the above topic I've found the way to disable the display the "Play over cellular data" warning when using the Reolink WiFi video doorbell with the Reolink app. However, when in the app I select playback (a recording) the "Play over cellular data" questions still pops up. Can you please fix that? Or is there another setting somewhere that disables this question?

          @user_694815223382207_694815223382207 That appears only once and shall vanish in subsequent clips view of the same camera. But you have a point, once you have disabled 'Data usage warning' it should not appear anywhere in the application including playback. So please do a feature request at https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/requests/new/ I will email them too.

            @joseph_1979
            As far as I remember, each time I open the app and select playback I see the "Data usage warning". Indeed, for the next playbacks I won't see the warning. Until I re-open the app.

            I've submitted a feature request.

                  @joseph_1979

                  I've found another one:
                  When you want to download a recording again a pop-up:
                  "Download
                  You are now using 3G/4G network
                  Do you want to continue the download?

                  No Yes"

                  Do I need to send another feature request for this?

                  And before that:

                  "Fluent
                  The current resolution is too low to upload the video to the official website"

                  I don't understand. Too low?

                    @user_694815223382207_694815223382207 Please proceed with the request. But you can select clear mode in playback and download the file in high def.
