Video Door Bell Notification Customisations

Is it possible to get an alert on my phone when the doorbell is rung that really grabs your attention, like the phone making a doorbell sound ? I can't see any customisation of the sound notification and it's very subtle.

In terms of basic operation, I was hoping I'd be able to configure it and the Reolink app to notify me that the button had been pressed (which I now realise is called a "Visitor" notification), and have motion detection ("Person") with different behaviours for the notifications. I want the "Visitor" notification to sound a loud doorbell-like sound to really grab my attention, whereas I want the person alarm just to trigger recording on my Reolink NVR.

Is this possible?

I'm running the latest version of the doorbell firmware v3.0.0.2033_23041300 and the latest Reolink app on my iPhone.

@kevin-marchant_394632396636406 Your requests have already been requested by a number of customers including myself. We have requested that the doorbell does a VOIP call to our smartphone similar to what other brands have. We have also requested to have distinct notification sound for each camera.

Currently the doorbell has a single notification function covering both detection type.

@kevin-marchant_394632396636406 That's good. I have requested it as soon as I have been given one to test it out. We require voip call whenever the button is pressed. Competitors already have it. Thanks.
