I just recently bought the Argus PT Ultra with the solar panels. The solar panels, unfortunately, came with a micro-USB connection while the cameras are USB-C. I got a micro-USB to USB-C adapter and have it all plugged in; however, the cameras are not charging. Are there USB-C solar panels? Or are they all micro-USB?

@boricua_659778394566667 So the micro USB to USB type C adapter was not provided? With the adapter it should be charging. Ensure the solar panel points to the South and tilt it to the appropriate angle for your latitude. Give it some time. You shall see the battery charging icon. If not try to change the adapter and also try to charge it directly from a charger.

If you have bought the camera and the solar as a kit then the adapter should be there. Please contact Reolink support.

I checked the boxes and there were none.
