the latest software update to pc client stops me viewing the video from my RLC822A camera , had to go back a version to get it back on , (running windows 7 )

@brymar_653598905565199 The issue is the DirectX library which they are using in the development of v8.11.0. You need to have the Direct9 libraries. Email support and they will provide or else download it from MS site.
