@user_678847467118728_678847467118728 In the download specs it says the tilt capability is 90 degrees. So if the cam is mounted level, it can tilt down 45 or up 45 degrees. My 823A is the same. If you are saying the cam is stuck in one position, try rebooting or restoring it. Restoring it is like adding a new cam, it will ask for password and you'll have to redo all the settings. You could contact Reolink support, maybe there's bug in the firmware that needs to be fixed or has been fixed.

I had that issue where my 823 was stuck in a 45 degree angle and not moving up like it was supposed to. Sometimes a reboot allows the 823 to re-calibrate the position of the moving head and that fixes it. At one time it didn't fix it, so I had to actually go to the camera while it was powered off, move the head manually up to the highest level and then it was fine since then. However, that does not fix the zoom where if you zoom in, it goes towards the ground even in the most upright position of the head.
