I'm finding the video performance on the Mac M1 client for the RLC-823A is atrocious - I am running the latest version 8.8.5. I've also run an RLC-423WC which I do so on Clear mode and it's very smooth on the Mac client. When the 823A is moved, the lag is so bad that there is a 3 second delay between PTZ'ing the camera and the video reflecting that. The video is choppy and not usable. What's laughable is that my Windows based Surface Go 3 which is significantly weaker than my Mac M1 can pan the video smoothly without a problem in clear mode. For the Mac, I've noticed the CPU usage is extremely high and doesn't look like it's utilising the GPU much. I've also noticed the binaries are not M1 optimised which will also have a performance hit. It looks like the Mac app is unoptimised and abandoned whilst Reolink focus on the Windows version?Has anyone else noticed these issues with the Mac client?
