I followed the suggestion of Reolink and updated the Firmware on my NVR, and it has caused more problems than fixes. 1- My App has lost functionality. I used to be able to go to my camera and see an icon on the lower left that pulled up motion alarms. Most cameras lost that function. 2- My NVR has lost functionality ... It no longer records motion for SOME cameras. Reolink's fix was to set the cameras to schedule instead of motion alarms, which now takes up more space on my HDD, which i was trying to avoid by having it set to motion. Also it does not fix the missing motion alerts embedded in the scheduled recordings. What was a useful function. 3- I can no longer download a specific timeframe of video footage from the NVR via the client or the app. For example I choose to download 20:12:15 to 20:13:00 (a :45 sec video), but the NVR and APP both default to download a 45 second clip starting at 20:00:00 to 20:00:45. VERY FRUSTRATING since I only need a 45 second video clip. I have a ticket in the Reolink, but the process is daunting and SLOW. PLEASE HELP.
