connecting problem

Hello,
I connected DUO 2 POE directly to the NVR (RLN36) with the provided RJ45 cable (blue), without power supply on the camera. The camera is not detected by the NVR. I also notice that the RJ45 LEDs on the NVR do not light up.
I tried with a TrackMix PoE camera, the problem is the same.
What to do ?
