RLC-820A FTP video/images

Hi all please be patient as i am new to networking and cameras.

I bought a RLC-820A based on some good reviews on Amazon and the camer being able to save to a ftp rather than a nvr or sd cards.

anyway i have set up a windows 10 IIS FTP server
set port 21, 22 firwall inbound rule
created a test windows user
set permissions on ftp folder to allow user full access
configured the camera ftp setting to my pc port 21 and used test user credentials

but keep getting error that ftp is full or dont have permission to create a folder.

camera version is v3.1.0.1782_23021505

any ideas?

@shilts_717044622844124 Install cerberus or filezilla ftp server rather than IIS.

Note that camera can save to SD and ftp at the same time.

@joseph_1979 I have tried both of them. followed the cerbrus guide provided by Reolink. I will try Filezilla again as I think when I first did it I only opened port 21 and using iis I have opened port 22 and got further as in it see's the ftp.. just wont go into it.

@shilts_717044622844124 Cerberus should be fine. I use it without any issue. Important that there is no fw rule on the router.

@joseph_1979 got it sorted in the end, think it was the bindings in fillezilla I didn't set them up properly. got the camera recording directly to a NAS now. Thanks

@shilts_717044622844124 Good to hear that. I did use both and had no issue. Of course I don't know your configuration :).
