Hi,
I have a e1 outdoor cam
There is problem is when i wont to see a record file
Then i noticed that the specs are 640/480 from
A record file too see
I thought too see a 5mp file
I reset the cam too original specs
What do i wrong i have formed reolink about this

@misterger50_606210105405502 The E1 OD is a 5MP camera. Set the clear stream to max resolution, fps, etc. Go to playback and set the mode to CLEAR. Then download a recorded clip and once downloaded right click on the file and select properties. Here you should see the resolution.
