Reolink Client on VM

Hi. I was trying to get Reolink Client running on Windows VM on ESXI 7. I tested Win 2022 and Win 10 VMs, but after adding cameras, they both show black screen instead of video. The same applies to live view and playback.

I contacted support and was told that Reolink Client is not supported on VMs, but I feel like there has to be some way of making it work… I turned off hardware decoding but still no difference. Did anybody have any success with VMs?
