I am reaching out to discuss a technical issue we are currently experiencing with our recently installed Duo2 WiFi Dual Lens camera. We've also purchased a cloud plan for the system, yet we seem to be unable to add the camera to the cloud plan.We've followed the provided installation and setup instructions to the letter, but the device is not being recognised. We've tried several methods to troubleshoot the problem on our own, including rebooting the camera, checking the network settings, and attempting the process on a different device, yet the issue persists.I would appreciate any insights into this matter. Is the Duo2 WiFi Dual Lens camera known to have compatibility issues with the cloud? Thanks
we were told by technical that they are not compatible.
