      Hello,

I have a Reolink Duo 2 wifi Connected to my ipad/iphone hotspot.

When I try to record the video with my iPad/iPhone then I keep losing connection and lose the recording.

has someone had this issue and do you have tips how I can solve this?

      best,

      Avi

@ag_7034 And if you connect it to the router do you experience any disconnections?

            Hi @joseph_1979 ,

I tested this with a normal wifi router at home. Unfortunately same behaviour... Reolink app loses connection to camera (or camera to Reolink app). Both app (phone/ipad) and camera are connected to the same wifi network.

            What to I do next?

@ag_7034 Can you select the 2.4G WIFI band and try again? Maybe the 5G WIFI signal is not strong enough at the location of the camera. Do the test with the smartphone connected to the home WIFI to which the camera is connected to.
