Difficulty getting camera to connect.

Hello,

I have installed many cameras and done even more cat5 connections so I wouldn't say I'm new at this but I'm having big issues getting a camera to connect.

I have installed two cameras already and I am trying to get the third one working, the cat5 tests good, the camera gets power but it shows no data at the NVR and I get no video. Putting my hand over the camera turns the light on so I dont think its a connection issue, what gives?

It's dark now, the camera spotlight actually comes on when there's motion although there's no video connection to the NVR.
