Rlc-823a, need help with Human detection

Hello, i wonder is there a setting that rlc 823a would start folowing person if only half or less is visible. Im using this cam for my wide parking lot surveillance infront of my workshop. Most of the time parking is full and when people walking between cars only head and maybe chest are visible so camera dont recognize them as person and becouse of this wont start folowing. Is there any solution?
