I Purchased the E1 outdoor PoE camera as an add on to my system, The camera works in as much that it records sound, PTZ and zoom function works, but i am not able to turn off the spotlights when motion is detected at night, also the 2 way communication does not work, in the windows application under camera settings it states that the light is not supported neither is the buzzer.
I have been in contact with support and they said it is not 100% compatible with my NVR and should try plugging the camera into an PoE switch instead and then i may be able to see these options, I shouldnt have to buy extra hardware for a camera which should be plug and play.

I checked the firmware and i think the wrong firmware is installed on it, in the settings the camera says the model is E1 Outdoor Pro, Hw No. IPC_560SD88MP, Fw Version v3.1.0.2515_23072809.

At the least i would like to be able to turn the built in spotlights off as the camera is inside my summerhouse and the lights keep coming on while trying to watch movies in the evening, any help would be appreciated

@user_746367390269592_746367390269592 The fw is the most recent one. So if the NVR is not compatible then you need to access it directly through a poe switch. Pity this incompatibily with this NVR is not stated in their specs.
