While attempting to add a second camera, I was having major problems setting up the wi-fi. I plugged in the camera and the ethernet cable. Every time, I was successful setting up the wi-fi, but when I unplugged the ethernet cable, I lost the picture. After six hours of trying to get it to work and even contacting Reolink support, I remembered that I had changed my PC display resolution to make my icons easier to see. I opened CONTROL PANEL/DISPLAY and selected the 100% screen resolution. When I opened the Reolink/wi-fi menu, I was then able to see the OK button which had previously been hidden. It took about 2 minutes to enter the modem name and password, test the reception and press the OK button to lock in the setting. This might be something that could be fixed by Reolink programers.
