Status LED ON/OFF in new update but where??

I have seen a new update for IOS is available and in the Descreption I read
status Led On/off for Argus, Keen, C1 and C2

I feel so happy to read this, but i doesn't find the function/button/.....

I use IOS 9.1

In the description of App Update stands that is possible to turn it on/off.
