Failed to Upgrade Camera Firmware via PC Client (RLC-410_889_17083001)

Got the RLC-410 camera and When I try to do the firmware upgrade it fails...

Unable to tell from your screenshot provided (thank for that by the way), but did you first unzip the file so you can see the specific package file? You cannot update using the zip file, you need to first decompress it and use the package file inside for your upgrade. If you did this, sorry I was not able to see in the images.

Yes, i did unzip and choose the .pak file from the folder...

Well, you are not supposed to upgrade a NVR with a camera firmware.

To upgrade the cameras, please refer to https://reolink.com/faq/how-to-upgrade-ip-camera-with-nvr/

If you look at the Word Doc in the ZIP files it shows instructions to upgrade the Camera via the PC client... (Check the zip file and its content)

I will give it a try to upgrade via NVR it self...
