I have several issues with my new Argus PT Ultra, and I'm hoping someone can help.

      1. The camera detects people across the street, but often will miss people closer to the camera.
The Person Sensitivity is currently on 95%.
Anyone know why or how to fix it?

      2. We are on a fairly busy street and I want to reduce the detection of vehicles passing by.
I have the Vehicle Sensitivity set on 23%, and have tried to "paint out" the street with the exclusion feature, but the camera is still detecting all passing vehicles (approx 15m away).
      How can I fix this?

      3. Apart from the detections noted in 1 and 2 above, most of the recorded "detections" are from Motion.
However, the recorded video shows no movement on the screen, including trees, bushes, etc.
Again, I'm hoping someone can help sort this problem as well.

          1. Put PIR sensitivity to 92 and person sensitivity to 65. Try to tune the person sensitivity.....but do not make it high as you will get a person detection for a swinging plant.

          2. You shouldn't get anything from the non-detection zone. Try to activate the 'motion mark Beta' and check what has triggered the camera. This is available on both the latest Android and Windows client. You need to view in CLEAR mode to have the motion tagging.

          3. We normally disable 'any motion' as we are only interested in persons, vehicles and pets. Otherwise for any motion ( a branch, snow, etc) you will get an alert.

@nordo_776225435984080 Argus PT Ultra smartly distinguishes people, vehicles, and pets from other objects, greatly reducing false alarms. retro bowl college

              @joseph_1979 Thanks Joseph.
Obviously the camera needs some fine tuning, and you've given me some great advice.
I've been "fiddling" each day, and results are definitely getting better.
Adding your settings should get me closer.
I've recently painted out the street in "Non-Detection Zone" to reduce activation by passing cars, and also disabled "Any Motion".
I've also defined "Object Size" for Person, Vehicles and Pets.

I'll try to use "Motion Mark" to pin down any unwanted triggers.

Thanks again for all the advice.👍
