I received an upgrade notice in my desktop viewer. Hitting the large upgrade button failed, twice. So I instead pressed the smaller download link and followed up with the upgrade. Imagine my surprise that now all cameras and settings were deleted.
Using the new chat icon in the app heading, I received:

I'll now have to spend considerable time trying to remember and restore all information.

@rich_333749703733435 Settings are on the cameras and not saved within the application. Just add the cameras using their UID and credentials.
