Buzzer alerts - enhancements needed to be usable feature - too annoying right now!

I'm using multi-camera AI system (multiple RLC-811A, RLC-1212A cameras) using a RLN8-410 (N7MB01) Fw: v3.3.0.226_23031632 NVR

The buzzer feature (where it goes off if AI person motion is detected) could be very useful but it suffers from annoying problems to be useful to leave on or use at all.

The buzzer is too loud. NVR is right beside me in small office and the buzzer (loud beep) is deafening! Can it be controlled in software/firmware to change the volume of the buzzer coming from the
Buzzer is too slow to start beeping - in my example below the person walking all the way across the frame is nearly to the other side and out of frame before the buzzer goes off - beep did not happen anywhere on red arrow until she got to this position on frame, and then it beeped many times on moving green arrow distance! It needs to go off immediately the AI detects Person detected in camera!

Once it starts making the loud beep, it keeps repeating this beep every second as long as same person is in frame - it should only go off one time and then do not go off again for at least 30 seconds... don't need/want loud beeps continuously!
The buzzer sound is too long. Could the "tone" be changed to a short chirp instead of a long one second tone so its less annoying?

Previous non-AI camera systems were completely useless because it went off for everything, but at least these AI cameras can be set to only go off on person detection, so it could be useful feature if improved.
