      i purchased 3 relolink camera's (used) on a Marktplace.
      2 of them work fine
      the last on, an Argus 3 pro has no QR-code and no UID sticker on the camera

      i google how to find the UID, but for al solutions i found the camera is allready configured and have allready an IP adress .
      is there a way (with some tools) to find out the UID ? otherwise the camera is useless.

          @user_847102702784708_847102702784708 Do you know the previous SSID and password of the WIFI? If you know them then you can set your smartphone hotspot with these parameters and log on the camera. You need the password of the camera too. If you do a reset then all the settings including the WIFI are lost.

          You may try to email support on support @ reolink . com. But in the absence of the invoice from Reolink I don't think that they will provide you with the UID. Nothing to lose.

              @user_847102702784708_847102702784708 It's nice to hear that you were able to get the UID. Well, if they gave it to you then it should be public. It may help others who are in the same situation. But don't paste it here. Customers may request it through support.

              There are on-line sites which can provide the QR code for WIFI. So once camera gets connected to the WIFI and you know its IP then you can use

              curl -s -k -X POST -H "Content-Type : application/json" -d "[{\"cmd\":\"GetP2p\",\"action\":1}]" "https://IP_OF_CAM/cgi-bin/api.cgi?user=USER&password=PASSWORD"

              Where USER is admin and PASSWORD is empty after cam is reset.

              And in the response you get the UID.

                @joseph_1979

                for me this works, because I don’t have the ip of the camera, i think there is no in al all at this point.

                How to create the QR code:
                You can replace the WiFi name and password in this URL with yours: <QR><S>wifiname</S><P>wifipwd</P></QR>
                Then put the URL into this website to generate a WiFi QR code: “ I can’t past url link here “

                After this step , the app or client find a new camera with an ip adres.

                regards Hans
