videos won't play on cloud website

not sure where to put this, but is anyone else having issues playing videos on the cloud site? i'm using edge, and it was working a few hours ago, but now i just get a blank screen when i click on a video. thanks . . . john.

@hometheater503_202558512976108 So your smartphone is on Edge (gprs). This has low bandwidth and won't allow you to watch video. Your smartphone should be connected to 4G RAN.

had to update codecs to get things to work again. there was nothing recently updated on my PC before this started, so certainly appears that something happened with the videos on the cloud.
