2 devices with 1 power supply

I want to connect a NVR and a POE switch to 1 power adapter. There are only 3 POE cameras connected to the switch. I find splitters on the internet but with wrong connectors.

Which extension? The NVR and switch are next to each other. I only want 1 power supply to save space and electricity.
