NVR-16 Channels firmware Issue

Hi, I have a NVR 16 CH with different cameras. I has been trying to update the last firmware and the NVR is not reading the USB. I downloaded the firmware from the Reolink website and I has been following each steps to upload the firmware, downloaded the Zip file, decompressed to a folder and nothing,. Once inside the NVR, Maintenance, upload form USB the next page appears in blank. Trying in my CPU computer in main Reolink Dash....Device/Maintenance and is not appearing Upload from local, only export and import. I reset it the system to factory default and nothing. Once I decompressed the Zip reolink file I try to browse into the maintenance section and it can't read the folder, I was using different USB and is the same situation. I can't upgrade. Need a solution please.
