I have a 16 channel NVR and some B500 cameras purchased in 2021 so a bit older generation.

I get push notifications to my iPhone app, which is great - but there are two things I am not sure of how to do or how it works, what’s possible.

      1. since apple does not really listen to customers and provides no history of push notifications once actioned, I am looking for a way to see those motion events in the app. Right now if I click a notification of some age, it opens and plays back, great, but I cannot easily get back to the same one later, that seems to be a very manual scroll and find process having to remember date and time.
      2. ”close to now” push event, it seems it opens live view, which for me 45 seconds later may not be so useful. How much time have to go by before it goes to a playback instead of live view?

@user_901386068689094_901386068689094 Once you ack the push notification there is no way to see it in the list. We are requesting Reolink to add event history. However, they have added this feature to the home hub and some NVRs. I don't use any of these devices.

I think the time is 2 min after which it will take you to the playback.
