Just getting a beep Argus Eco

Hello All, I tried to do a manual reset by pressing the reset button it made the start up sound but now i just get a ping sound. any help would be great

I have the same problem (2 cameras).

Have contacted Reolink support but have not received a reply.

Will share here if any useful information comes to hand. The link provided by Joseph was of no help.

@the_grids_103581190873301 Turn the camera off, turn it on. Hold reset till voice prompt, or other sounds. Scan QR code on camera then follow steps till you show the camera the QR code on your phone screen.

Sometimes the canwra is light sensitive and will have difficulty scanning the phone QR code depending on the light levels.

@joseph_1979 it still doesn't work.

After powering up, the camera plays a musical chime then starts 'dinging' every 3 seconds.

If it is dinging and I press the reset button nothing changes, as if the reset button does not work.

At the moment it seems bricked.

That ping sound issue sounds quite specific, BJ2019 and The_Grids. Has anyone else on the forum experienced this exact beeping/pinging sound after a reset with their Argus Eco, and if so, how was it resolved, officially or unofficially? poor bunny game

@ryansmith532 I don't have the Argus Eco. I suggest you to reach out the support.

@ryansmith532 Support sent me a link for downloading the latest firmware. I then flashed it to the camera via the SD card and it worked a treat!

If you want to try this you will need to contact Support. The link I was sent was only valid for 3 days so I can't share it.
