I've had my web cam since the New Year. The camera gets stuck in the "down" position. For example, it follows a bird around the garden, but if the camera has to move down, it gets stuck there, and I have to push it back and reboot. Can I lubricate it somewhere to help?

@user_904519689056419_904519689056419 Will calibration move the camera? I guess you have the auto return timer enabled.

@joseph_1979 I tried restarting the camera, and one of the gimbals moves, but not the stuck camera.
I notice there are horizontal right/left limits that can be set, but there does not appear to be any for vertical top/bottom limits.

@user_904519689056419_904519689056419 Only the horizontal angle can be set. Recall that it can pan to 355 degrees and tilt to 50 degrees.

So if can no longer tilt then there is something wrong in the gear mechanism. Since the warranty expired then use it as a fixed camera. Disable tracking and set it to the desired angle.
