I have a RLC410 with the latest firmware and recently noticed that the clock is out of sync. The clock can slow down 3 to 4 hours per day. If I reboot the cam, the time will sync again. Is that normal?
Does the camera connect with other system? The problem happedned only after the firmware upgraded?Could help to confirm the firmware for your device? The latest version is v806_16060600. You may download from https://reolink.com/firmware
The camera is connected to the network and monitored thru Windows and Android App. The problem is noticed a week later after the firmware upgraded. Here are the system info:Build No. build 16060600Hardware Ver. IPC_3816MConfig Ver. Do you have NTP enabled on the nvr?
Hi East,Do you connect your camera to any NVR/DVR device?
The camera didn't connected to any NVR yet. However, I set the NTP thru Reolink Client to synchronize every 60 mins and the reported time stamp seems okay now.
